One of the best yoga studio in town..Om yoga Studio provides all the type of assistive devices like wheel, blocks, stick, belt,and chair which helps us to perform better and we can practice easier.
I have joined yoga studio in Sept 2023 since yet I am a regular yoga sadhika, I have noticed couple of changes in my body like builds strength, better flexibility,joint stability,eases stress and fixed my hormone problem.
